Parents are requested to submit the following documents along with the admission form at the time of admission.
- A photocopy of the Birth Certificate issued by the Municipal Corporation.
- Two latest passport-size photographs of the child and both parents.
- Two latest passport-size photographs of the legal guardian (if applicable).
- Proof of current residence (Ration Card, Voter ID Card, Utility Bill, or Rent Agreement).
- Academic Progress Report of the previous class attended by the student (not applicable up to Class I).
- Attested copies of legal documents, if the child is being brought up by a single parent (if applicable).
- Caste Certificate in case of OBC/SC/ST (to be submitted by parents).
- Original Transfer Certificate from the last school attended (only for students seeking admission to Class II and above).
- Medical Certificate from a registered medical practitioner and an Indemnity Bond (supplied by the school) to be submitted during the admission process. (Hard copies to be submitted.)
NOTE:
The school shall have the sole discretion to seek any further documents (if any) as required and make necessary modifications to the admission procedure.
